  Had delivery from quite a few takeaways in eastbourne, this is the best Indian by far in our opinion, good selection of dishes, always well cooked, and explanations of what's what.. FANTASTIC.

  I've placed many orders with the company, always fresh and extremely delicious food.
  
  However, last nights encounter has definitely made me want to comment and rate the company. I ordered food about 40 minutes prior to closing time for the company, I called in first to ensure they were okay accepting the order and the gentleman said it's completely fine. My food hadn't arrived and it was 11 pm so we decided to call as we were a bit worried. No one picked up of course because the store was now closed and we thought we wouldn't receive our order. We were a bit upset. Later in the hour, we received a phone call letting us the know that there had been an incident with the driver and that although it was late, we could still have the food. We accepted. The gentleman who came to drop off the food was very apologetic and offered to compensate the full bill. I think that deserves a 5 star for service right there.
  
  I think accidents are inevitable sometimes, but it's the way the company handles and treats its customers. I really admire and respect the way the gentleman treated the situation last night. Overall, just wanted to say thanks for the amazing food and even better service. I'll definitely always order Indian from here and recommend friends and family to do the same.
