  Went to the drive through when I got home no coleslaw or gravy in bag. Although paid for. 3 days later went to drive through asked for a two piece meal diet coke with coleslaw, when I got to window got two piece meal diet coke and a bottle of coke? I Then had to argue to get what I asked for, had to park up to go back in to get a fork for the colslaw and
  A wipe. Whilst inside I had the pleasure of using the filthy toilets. No soap in dispenser and a tap that didn't turn off. And tonight again got home NO COLSLAW but I did get two pieces of chicken and chips. The chicken however was either from a three week old chicken or a sparrow and the chips seem to have been made from one jersey royal potato. To sum up, extremely small portions, staff that don't listen, sadly lacking in hygiene and poor service, poor service, poor service. Won't be coming back. Given one star as wouldn't let me post without giving one

  Worst customer service in Eastbourne. No serviettes or wipes in the bag. Wrong food and drinks in the bag. Ordered a large coke with no ice. Was given a small bottle of diet Pepsi. Gravy was placed on its side I. The bag which then spilt all over our food. Not impressed at all. Never going back there.

  So busy. Systems crash a lot and they run out of food easily. Had my worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant here a few weeks back. It was shocking when drive through broke down. Customers good was cold and orders when they did arrive were incorrect
