  Very disappointing indeed. We seemed to wait ages to be served. The sandwiches arrived before the drinks and my friend's ham and mustard sandwich was of a very poor standard indeed. The bread appeared to be of the cheapest brand with little thickness to it and was dry! There was minimal ham inside and they had not even been cut evenly!! The presentation was frankly disappointing. It resembled a sandwich put together in a hurry indoors. The cost of each sandwich was £3.80 so not cheap for the standard provided. There were a small amount of crisps to the side of the plate, which implied a little effort but really there were too few to make a difference in boosting the appearance. My sandwich was better, but value for money here, I feel is poor. The drinks, a coffee and cuppa-chino arrived last and were very Luke warm and the coffee was bitter, again possibly a cheap brand but at £2.50 should have been a better standard and at least served hot. It perhaps would have been better to walk away at the outset after my friend tried to pay using contact less card payment, only to be left embarrassed because the payment would not go through.
