  Great for semi-quick dining. Staff friendly. Most meals are pretty good so long as steak isn't involved. Quite a few times I've ordered a steak or surf and turf and I haven't received it as I've ordered it which is quite disappointing. Everything else comes recommended. Don't bother phoning to reserve a table though, they never answer the phone!

  Came here 3 years ago and left after waiting over 2 hours for our order to not materialise, and only came today as it was a family meal. Hoped for better customer service this time.
  I went to the toilet & it had half a dozen bogeys decorating the tiles, and my shoes stuck to the floor!
  Not the best start.
  Got short changed £13 by the machine and was told 'All I can do is turn it off and on'. He did that and the machine coughed £10. The barman said 'You will have to leave your name and address and when the engineer calls you can collect your £3'. Not willing to spend £3 on petrol to collect £3, I didn't bother. When I said this is not good customer service the barman just shrugged, so I said not great for online reviews either... He just shrugged again. Ordered ribeye steak and got the cheaper sirloin! To be fair the steak was cooked as I had ordered & was nice.
